Where flowers sing and grow enormously tall.”
Pleasant thoughts drift all the day, ready
to be plucked from the air, and no one is
concerned about how you look.
Children play carefree all the day, and candy
colored clouds surround them, with
marshmallows bobbing in a hot chocolate sea.
Birds flock to sing your favorite songs while
leprechauns dance throwing gold high
into the air, happy to share.
Purple hippos frolic playing hide and seek
with tangerine lions and lime green cows
in fields of four leaved clover,
and you can eat anything you want because
food is just thought, and no one is
distraught over worries of life.
Butterflies alight upon your shoulder
to whisper secrets in your ear and
gently tickle as they sigh.
Smiles are required to be worn with
care, but if you don’t feel like it
they’ll give you one to wear and
in this land you'll find no pain or
sorrow, as only happiness abounds on
the other side of the rainbow.
