Mommy, I love you!
Im so happy your home!
I want to give you a kiss and a hug,
but your too busy for that.
I said I love you mommy,
and I want to show you the letters I wrote.
Babysitter showed me how today,
she teaches me alot.
Babbysitter tells me you love me;
she tells me you love me and miss me too.
I told you I love you Mommy!
And I want to give you a big hug and kiss!
Wont you stop for a minute mommy,
To tell me you love me too?
I ask Babysitter everyday,
"Why does Mommy have to go to work?"
I want to know why you can never stay home,
I dont want babysitter to have to hug me and hold me when I cry...
Why cant you wipe my tears,
read me a story,
or put me to bed?
I love Babysitter, and I dont want her to leave,
but I miss you Mommy!
Why cant you just stay home a while with me!

Sometimes I just want to cry with the kids when they come crying to me missing there mother. And it is just so upsetting to see them so excited when she comes home, and she just brushes them off...

aw wow. very touching, and i definately have seen this happen as well and it breaks my heart. there were a couple grammar things like "your" instead of "you're" and "alot" instead of "a lot" but nothing big so its no problem. but i really think you captured what this contest was looking for. very great job, you are definately a competitor in this competition. please enter again if you desire to do so! thanks.
