White lace fallingfrom the apocalyptic sky
every blade of grass,
every leaf frozen.
Ice crunching under our feet
your words freeze in the air
falling to the hard earth
with a soft clink.
the bitterly cold wind
wrapping around our hearts
beating in time against
chests pressed together.
Its so cold but
I don't care if we freeze
into love popsicles,
just stay here with me.
