Keep moving, change your physical position
Not your heart/mind focus
Align, speak your mind
In line & verse, keep it terse
Tease the reader to incline
Thought process will open the blinds
Closed to minds once open & teachable
These reachable with a prompt
Sometimes a thump
Awakening brains now in slumber
A dream from which they need recover
That they may rise from their death beds
Opening eyes, needing motion with supple mind & heart
Focus beyond the hocus pocus of those in position
Keeping hold of the static mind
Keep moving, change your physical position
Not your heart/mind focus
Align, speak your mind
Keeping your mind in the right position!

Author notes
Always need to adjust my physical & mental position & to be vigilant about that! I've many physical & emotional issues that demand this care & feeding. :-) Needless to say I'm on my guard 24/7! Hey, life is filled with change , right? If we're not moving & changing, growing, we're dead! I choose life.

This is by far my favorite of all the submissions so far. Very well written! I couldn't have said it better myself. Kudos and good luck. -Judge#2

Very nice! this is my favorite of what you've submited so far. It sounds like something I'd expect to be read at a poetry night at a cafe lol. and it has a good useful message, that I think most people could use. Good job. Keep it up.
Good luck
