White gown melting sheer chiffon
flows into her pedestal of enchantment
spreading out into effervescent spring waters pool
in glowing meadow grass center stage;
transparent reaching ascending tips
emerald green menagerie frail
crystalline wings delicate charm
fantasia magic forest flair.
About to perform in natures crickets theater
symphony night air, fairytale operetta.

I love the opening line of this magical writ. I felt all giddy after reading this and my face is still smiling. There was no need for the artwork here. You painted a perfect picture. Beautiful!
Thank you for this entry and I wish you the best in the Comp.
Much Love & Light ♥

I'm a huge fan of this type of poetry and you pulled it off, which most people can't do (and still more not as well as you). Well done =)

Magic can happen if you believe...Excellent take on the prompt picture....reaching down into the heart of every fairy loving female. Your lines and imagery just flow so smoothly into the fantasy world of the fairy queen.
looking for the gold fairy dust to shower down from above.
Good luck in the contest.

Stunning absolutely captivating
I'm not the judge but I was so taken by the image and the joy it painted on my soul I started reading the entries. When I finally came to yours I kept saying, Yes, Yes...this is what this image makes me feel. I wish I could print the picture with your sonnet together in a large size and hang it on my wall or even on a card.....sigh....thank you for making me smile and the background and text color is perfect too...
