One more mistake to add to the count.
Finally found something I couldn't figure out.
That the real betrayal lies in me;
Lost and forgotten because I believed in you.
But now I see how cruel they were.
It wasn't just me this time around,
Because you were the one who kept putting me down.
And I tried so hard to gain the approval that you seek ed.
But in the end I only ended up feeling weak.
I gave up everything to be your friend...
So the question is:
Did you find your approval in the end?
