His warm smile reaches her,
as across the room he stares
While the girl on his arm
Looks coldly and glares,
Thinking "I wish that it was me who
he felt so strongly about."
The boy sure is trying,
but his hearts taken the harder route.
Oh, and they have so much in common
They both like to read,
One needs to be held at night,
And one wants to be freed

while the others losing the fight
And God hasn't answered
