Unusual, like the Ferraria crispa
Blooming along the South African coast
Hiding in the sandstone and granite rocks
An exotic secret, waiting to be discovered
Your words wash over me….
Beautiful, like a rainbow after a big storm
water droplets acting as ambassadors
reflecting the suns light
creating a colorful arc across the sky
You are like….
A revelation, sneaking up on my mind
Crashing into my consciousness, awakening me
A liveliness I never knew before, comforting
Drifting across my physical space, even from half a world away
