Breathe.
For the first time
My gills are soothed by caressing waters,
Containing the lifeblood
Of the great I AM.
Breathe.
Refreshing waves crash over my soul,
Filling me with an exuberance
Impossible for me to explain.
Breathe.
For the first time,
I can do more than struggle for oxygen.
I have the newfound strength to sing, shout, and scream.
Breathe.
I am scaled in a exhalation of the King of Kings.
My lips tingle as I am served the Aquafina of Christ.
I have been requested to a luncheon with the Provider.
Breathe.
For the first time,
My ocean of salvation has grown
Expanding with redemption and grace.
Breathe.
The water and forgiveness is everlasting
Never fear.
It will never dry up, never be depleated, it will always remain.
Breathe.
For the first time,
My lungs have never felt so inflated and free,
Nor my heart so intoxicated with the love of the Great I AM.
