Silence awakes me
My room is pitch black
What happened to the music I listened to at night
Its so cold
My window is closed
Shivers roll down my spine
Whats happening?
A foggy shape appears at my door
Suddenly loud screams echo through my ears
Suddenly I'm feeling drops of water drop on me
Yet the ceiling is as dry as concrete on a summer day
A figure appears
I'm frightened but can not move
A girl appears
Small, fragile, scared
Her hair long and stringy
Her eyes are sunken in
This can't be happening
All she does is scream, cry and stare at me
I know from somewhere
Maybe a child hood friend
I cant remember
I feel so bad
She wants help
This little lost soul
Seeking to be free
Yet she's stuck in the same room I sleep
This happens often
But theres no way I'd want her hurt
She may be already dead but her eyes get to me
This little girl looking for her mother
Searching to see if her daddy's hand will grab her
Now I remember
The girl in my dreams
The girl at my door
My friend from grade school
Her dad had killed her, her mom and then killed himself
A sad way to go
The most horrible thing happened
I want to help
But my hand goes through her
I wish that something will come to set her free
But for now my dreams are filled with her screams
And I no longer sleep at night

In time she will reveal her need if you are willing to help. Thank you for sharing a spine tingling moment and oneday hopefully I'll listen to the outcome. Peace in light and love. Best wishes in life and the contest. Be well.

Thank you. I'm trying my best to help. I'm listening to her cry. I dont make any sudden moves. I'm just glad she can go to me.
