A mothers' love know's no end,
from birth and long before.
A little soul she soon will tend,
she'll cherish and adore.
She'll watch her little Angel grow,
how quickly go the years.
Her lessons shared surely show,
her wisdom and her fears.
Preparedness she will persist,
enables us when grown.
Hardship you shall soon resist,
once you're on your own.
An adult now for many years
her child tells stories of,
How constant are a mothers' fears
and endless is her love.
Author notes
We never understand our mothers',
until we ourselves become them.

I like it, Its good. the meter is nice and it has a nice smooth flow to it. your use of imagery could use a little work, but overall is well implemented. the rhyme is rhyme, with some forced rhymes in there that hurt the overall strength of the work. but on the whole it is a good write.
thanks for entering -
