Several theories abounded,
as to how Marsha Mason
came to her demise.
From an overdose of "fusion"
the latest drug of choice,
to poisoned lipstick
sent by a jilted ex-lover.
Potential suspects filled her ballroom
all guests of her charity benefit.
The truth, as the saying goes,
is stranger than fiction.
Colonel Henry Mason
was never proud of Marsha,
his only child,
even adopting Simon Tao
(an orphan from the Korean war),
now the family's gardener.
Marsha's affair with her female stylist,
was the final straw - and thus -
the reason the Colonel served her
with nightshade tainted wine.

Who killed Marsha Mason? Help our own Lt. Sherry McSherry solve
the mystery-murder... Read the prompt below:
You are a police lieutenant with BCPD [Big City Police Dept.]
Its your job to investigate the mysterious death of Marsha Mason
a widely renowned local socialite. She's been discovered
dead in her bedroom by one of the guests attending one of her
famous parties; a Dr. Albert Tinsley. There are no apparent signs
of trauma, but dead she is! This is the most difficult task you've had
in a long time, but solve it you must.
The only problem is---you must do it in 100 words or less! Brazos
My word count - 100 exactly. Hope you enjoy.
