One thoughtless word
Spoken in a moment of rage
One thoughtless action
To last throughout the age
A friendship now is over
For a feud neither could win
But neither would give up
Stubbornness, such a deadly sin
If one would say they’re sorry
The other would forgive
But neither think they’re wrong
Not for as long as they live
So they will go on fighting
The war of pointlessness
Will the battle ever end
And who will clean the mess
But they will never surrender
And that will be their down fall
They will fight till the end
Until they lose it all
