To sixty feet of intestine

Can result in an erection
Or 'Well Done' in an election
Will designate your selection
As not to add to confusion
Arriving at the conclusion
Try to avoid a collision
If it snot an imposition
Avoid all nasal congestion
Mouth breathing, out of the question
