"Mia, dinner!"
her mother shout.
Too bad she didn't know,
her life was about to burn out.
Softly the flame began to die,
Even today family asks why.
What would torment a girl so young?
What was it in her life that stung?
So badly that she took her own life,
disturbingly with a wooden handled knife.
Three years later, a girl began to cry.
For she knew that soon she would die.
On the internet she messaged all her friends,
telling them soon it would be the end.
When all of a sudden she found another girls story
In the similarity of situation, she found unremarkable beauty.
That girl as well as millions other had found new hope,
no longer would suicide have to be their way to cope.

I wrote this poem because too many people see only the negative of a poor event. But of course, there is always something good out of something bad, even if it's small.
