Soft Splinters

Upside down on a moonbeam
delicately floating nowhere
streams of colors flying by
intermingling with creation
clouds of crystals
clearly etched
in mosaics of space
dewdrops of despair
evaporate in eternity
streaming sensations
splinter softly
consciousness calls
to those awake

    Excellent

Wow, a most unusual write, indeed. I think your muse must have been wondering through outer space. lol Very well written indeed. Also, reminds me of one which I wrote about the moon, it's title is: "Whimsical Designing of Space Paramaters". Here's a link to it, if you'ld care to read it:

    Well,

For starters, there are several open contests you could enter this into, one on moonbeams, another on 'close your eyes' style and think. I like the piece myself. The imagery and metaphors are exquisite. I like how you put each thought into a seperate line, to make the reader read and take it slow, deliberately so. Good job!

A nice colourful opening with your penning here, a topsy-turvy gentle deliverance. I like the space imagery, the ever spreading chaotic design of the wild universe and all who dwell within its folds. A good stream of consciousness creation that whispers the mind to others with communication’s smile.

The eye closing and the letting ur thoughts flow are the best way to start writing. =] by the way it's called meditation. lol =P
    =^-^=
The way you describe things in such a shapy and sublime way of colors. Indeed soft splinters, the words are soft though the meaning of them placed together is so strong. I like this a lot. Makes me feel all shiny and warm inside yet at the same time, it's not darkness or light... it's more like a twilight feeling. Maybe it's the background, but the words just make it complete, like very very complete.

I tried meditation once - got my cushions in the floor, put on soft music, had a cup of hot tea, closed my eyes - my 2 demon cats came tearing through the house! - took me an hour to clean up and shampoo the carpets!...LOLOLOL
I like the way my thoughts just drifted off on this though - may try it again sometime..lol.
