Look at the world today,
Tell me what do you see?
A world of peace, or a world of misery.
There are bigger problems at hand,
Then the current war,
To me it’s pointless, what are they fighting for?
People dying everywhere,
World famine, deadly disease,
Can’t you hear them crying, or their painful pleads?
The stories of today,
Are nothing but sorrow,
There’s no encouragement for a brighter tomorrow.
We need to open our eyes,
Instead of fighting each other,
Lend a helping hand to our earth, our mother.
She is also one in need,
We depend on her,
If we don’t save her now, Dreadful things will soon occur.
We are the war,
It’s nature verses man,
We are our own worst enemies, it’s something we must understand.
We are blinded by power,
Money and greed,
We forget what really counts, those important needs.
Will it be too late, when we finally see?
That what it is we’re fighting for?
Is our own world, our world of war.

OH SO HONEST AND TRUE!!!
This whole world seems to be complicating things more and more each day
Why I always wonder can't people see the simple solution to our problems which are right before their eyes.
