why'd i try to pour poetry
into my facebook status
i'm crying out
i'm so far past the edge
no time for pretty metaphors
of waves and beaches and love
raw naked knives are gutting me
and my descent
is something to be beheld
i don't know
i don't know
i don't know!!!!!
are his arms just my oxygen
god, can't the air simply satiate me
just like everyone else
he woke my senses with his wet lips
he held me, and now it's hell
and red crying eyes that no one cares to see
blind eyes being given a blind eye
why me
i never was strong enough
never rose to the occasion
oh dio, vorrei mourir
