mother nature cried a million tears
separating the lands between us
what will we do to bridge the gap
can we ever get back together
a million tears have been shed
relieving the pain from heartache
washing away the family jewels
desolving ancestral records
our queen is filling the moat
with a million tears over and over
may the prince be a king
a knight fondly remembered
from the shores of my abode
i salute the distant son
the oars are at the ready
to cross the million tears

This piece is strongly written makes you think of things from a different perspective and I think at times in life we need to be made aware of how our thinking process drifts through different stages of our lives. Congrats on your gold win it was greatly deserved
