A walk down memory lane with you my dear
Happy birthday again I remember the last
I laughed but cherished your red face
Fishing your swim suit bottoms
From under the high dive
A day of fun and frolicing
Your cake was shaped as a pickle
To satisfy your need for dill
Your Mom never did really forgive me
For putting it in your hair
The evening came and we were bold
The birthday cheer was near
You always kept your feet under you
Even on the team obsticle course
Falling in the creek doesn't count
The rocks were slick with moss
Getting you out was fun
The rope swing was the best
My first kiss with you my princess
One I can never forget
The only perfect day of my life
Be strong in your thoughts my friend
You have so much to give
Love comes your way today
And will never leave your side
Just look around and you will see
They all love you not just me
