She was the dark star,
that danced on tables
took off her clothes for money.
She was the gutterwhore
that ran rampant through the streets...
Drunken fucking piece of shit
with tie dyed souls and tattooed
minds.
She was the unique music
to this dreaded symphony of
undead souls.
The walking corpses of 5th avenue
and the Trendy upper East and West
She walked with a London accent,
and wore glittered words
like soliloquy and lackadasical.
She wanted to be famous,
to be on the tip of the tongues
of Jews, Bedheads, hippies and sexual maniacs.
Twisted drunk,
who sat down on the subway
for deep contemplation...
while the strings played a sad tune...
Jesus was a love song
stricken with insomnia,
wandering through the streets
of mislabled misanthrops and diseased
ridden heratics.
She wanted to run through the
narrow streets of London,
like heroin through a vein
crazy and manic...is this mellow
lullabye. Girl why act so crazy?
A dollar for a bus ride straight to
heaven while scrawling meaningless
drivel in a tattered, torn...stained notebook.
She's an addict for words, abuse, alcohol
and sex.
This is her fantasy dreamland...her nightmare called life.
In a list
it's not finished

This reminded me of the movie Rent (which rocks)
Well done with your allusions. I like the fantasy dreamland- nightmare called life idea. Clever!

Rosita Bonita, I don't know how you do it. Your words flow flawlessly, your stories are intense and so vivid, and you create such a perfect picture of the scene with your words.
I'm.. so proud... to be your mom...
