Today becoming as dark as yesterday
Like a never ending path I must follow
Darkness all around me tearing me apart
Depression an ice cold feeling
filling the space left behind
An intense feeling of nothingness and pain
All I can do is fall down
Down
Down
Into a bleak never ending abyss for comfort
Forcing me to lose control,
of everything i once knew and loved
It takes from me everything
And in return i'm left hollow
A fraction of my former self
Cold and alone
waiting for a release from this confinement
Waiting for Death to take me from this place
Cause for me it's become to late

I've been feeling like this lately too. I mean, I have gotten depressed before but usually, I can get myself up from it. Now, it's like "panic attacks, I want to die" kind of depressed. Someday, I'll master the courage to commit suicide and finally fall "Into a bleak never ending abyss for comfort". Anyhow, great poem.

You verbalized this emotional strife well. The same pen which wrote this, also know how to write about the sun.
