    Well, it flows well (though I don't like how you used the same word [desire] to rhyme, but that is just my opinion). Anyway, besides that, I'm not really sure I get it. I see that you have described absinthe, and maybe the whole point has gone over my head, but I'm left with myself thinking.. AND..
    I don't know.. I have never tried it, so maybe I'm just missing out lol.

    Simple and short, but really impressive,
    it's, for lack of a better word, nice.
    I liked the third section most to be honest. It stands out.
