While other countries were establishing their gornvemt based on a whom ever had high social status America was creating a government that benefitted everyone, including the common man;therefore introducing a new  radical idea.America's government allowed citizens to have a say whom ever was to have control over their country.America's governtment was established so that the citizens will be protected from future tyranny .

Voting was open to any free American male instead of having only the wealth choose whom was to lead .By establishing a form of democracy American's set themselves aprt from other countries. One of the reasons Democracy was frowned upon was that the common man was seen as in capable of choosing a leader that could propperly lead a country. The fear off democracy was that the common man was uneducated  therefore they would vote for a man that was just as ignorant as the public. This unique idea placedAt a time that when most countries were ruled by a monarchy established by power and lineage America stood out by having a strong democracy.

In that day in time it was normal to have a group of people control the legal matter of another group of people without their consent.Since American's wantted to stray away from an individual having majority of the  control of the government check's and balance were created.By evenly distributing responsibilities one group of people will not over run another.Checks and balances  made so that a group of people can not gain controlof the government by force.Another form of Americans protecting themselves from the government is establishing rules  that allow them to rebel with provable cause;therefore protecting themselves from tyranny.

America was built upon benefiting the common man.Their laws and respect for the voice of the common man set america apart from other countries.
