Have we really said it all
Why can't you look me in the eye?
I know that you don't love me,
but please, tell me what has changed?
We were friends,
not so long ago.
There's nothing I can think of,
I've done to make you hate me.
Nothing lasts forever,
and nothing stays the same.
I'd just like to hear a reason why,
before you break my heart.
But I won't be the victim,
so I suggest you consider us at war.
I could put aside the fact I love you,
I can't put aside the fact you lied.
