rejoice, hope springs eternal,
mother nature is a tigress,
thriving, amid green, leafy, irradiant forests,
surging white streams.
oak trees are hooded villains,
swayed sensuously
by a whistling wind;
a willow, i waft, at one with nature.
you are a gentle elk,
smelling the dew droplets,
feeling the bracken underfoot,
hearing yellowhammers singing.
blue skies, powerful oceans,
majestic mountains, sport stalwart pumas,
nature strives, succeeding she
buds a bright new future, filled with promise.

Awesome!
I love the connections with nature and hope. I could completely envision the beautiful scenery being described - and it took my breath away!
I also love that you used senses other than sight to describe this: sound and touch.
A wonderful write and a great entry to this contest! Thank you so much for entering it. I thoroughly enjoyed it and feel renewed, refreshed, revigorated!
Thank you again!
