a silent rainy morning
i woke up with you in my arms
as i have for a while
when i opened my eyes
you kissed me softly and said
"goodmorning beautiful"
i smile at you and hold u close
i whisper softly in your ear
"goodmorning, i love you"
you smile and kiss me again
i kiss you back and get up
the phone begins to ring
so you get up and answer it
i get dressed as you come back in, smiling
you say "we dont have to go out of the house today"
i smile as we go into the living room and cuddle on the couch
you whisper in my ear
"i love you hun"
i smile and think to myself
'wow, im so lucky to have her'
you smile and fall back asleep as i cradle you
within my arms and your head on my chest....
{i wake up and realise...it was just a dream}

Thanks for entering this poem, it's very a sweet and filled with lots of emotion. Aren't dreams awesome? Especially when you get to be with the one you love, and sometimes not do anything for the entire day. Great write!
