It’s a dream,
Not to be seen,
It’s a wish,
Not to be fulfilled,
It’s a song,
Not to be sung,
It’s a prayer,
That won’t be heard.
It’s a fact,
Not to be acknowledged,
It’s a desire,
That should burn within,
It’s a longing,
To be longed for, forever,
It’s a hope,
One can’t aspire.
It’s a deep silence,
Of an ailing heart.
It’s a fight,
Of the inner voices.
It’s a wait,
That will end never,
As it’s love,
Love forever.

Very nicely penned! I totally enjoyed every part of this, the romantic in me adores that concept of forever love. I especially liked how you started with a dream and ended with forever. Thanks for entering
