Worthless

Too damned for God's redemption
Too pure for Satan's damnation
Too ashamed to breathe on Earth
Too old to die at birth

Where were you when I was breathing to death?
Where was I when you could choke on your breath?
Where were we when our strong minds were so weak?
Why weren't we there when our torment could speak?

You didn't listen to me when I cried
I couldn't glisten once my self had died
So now regret stains all that is fair
For we built a void we can not repair

Author notes

I don't think this is particularly well written, but it says exactly what it needs to say.

    deep!

you've always been the greatest writer, and after all this time you never lose the talent that you have. now me on the other hand, i've had a major case of writer's block. this is a great poem, it explains what you may/ and or may not be feeling and the effort you put into it shows. i especially love the last line, it really sums it all up great.

I think this is brilliant. I especially love the line 'Where we you when I was breathing to death?' even though there is a typo lol. I just think that is a completely amazing line.

    Seriously, it's good!
