Lost Comfort

Emotions stiffen and freeze.
Wandering in the cold
Dark shoadows of solitude.
Crystals fall from weeping eyes;
Natures sweetest sorrow.
A chilling embrace
From an unseen friend brings
Back a lost comfort.
The soft whispers,
From amongst the leaves
Renews a friendship.
A seemingly forlorn path
Shines in warmth,
Below the morning star.

    Hello, It's been forever since I've commented on your poetry that I decided to do it for old times sake.

    This is an excellent love poem. It has some of that tragedy that I love so much. Yet another Masterpiece of yours.

    This is beautiful. I love it. It's very deep and it very true. One of the top five for sure. I would tell you what my favorite part is ... if I could pick one out lol.
