Welcome to all night's show
Nobody is there to watch
But senseless
As the clown puts the makeup
His face, already white
And the tools, the balls, a juggler
No one cares
A vivid show of bright stellar rays
Psycho tricking with strips
Thousand days of training
And no one had a ticket
The music, the sounds
Accompanying the beautiful performance
But who gets the meaning
And who gives the applauses?

A sad dark, carnival. This is unique in it's content, I enjoyed the read. Thanx for entering and good luck!

This sounds so sad and hopeless to me. It really struck a chord with me too. Thank you for taking the time to try and turn your green into a pretty golden cup. Good luck at judging, Cathy.

I'm not sure exactly what is behind your words when it comes to the inner meaning of your write. It is hard to decipher how you got these images from the picture I provided. It is very unique, I must say.
I get the sense of masks here, about how the audience down not see behind the facade, and they do not care. It is as if we are all performers and the audience watches and laughs at what we do to amuse them, even if we are not doing it to actually make them laugh. That is what I see in this piece. The world can be cruel indeed.
Thank you for entering. -
