Gliding

I skate around on a silver pool of ice
With the enchanted lights below

The night is new
The time gone

I glide around
Peacefully and quiet

The path is endless

The intention pointless

And the blackness of the night

Blended with the silver pool

Makes one stare

There is no one

Only me

I am alone

And everything is right

I do like it... It's very simple, yet calm and the background contrasts the poem, but complements it at the same time. You've used some good imagery here. Well done, and good luck!

you think this is weird? this is soo good! what i wouldn't give to be the persona in that poem, just skating there alone with everything right, nothing to worry about.

Since you are skating, I am assuming you are on a silver pool of ice. At least that is my take on it. I enjoyed the read very much. Very well written.
