The day so hot and humid.
She was just the same.
But we did not let that stop us
Enjoying our special game.
Author notes
The prompt here was the single word sultry and a limit of 30 words. I've 7 left

I'd think being hot and humid would indeed be an advantage to that special game...well, I guess that depends on what the special game is.

We make certain exceptions when passion comes into play. Nicely done.

I'm not sure if it would be an 'advantage', I'd think it would be more of a consequence of the game you are probably thinking of
.
Thanks for taking the time to comment. It's much appreciated.

Well done...the flow is wonderful and it sure is sultry...I thought you were playing hide and seek myself, but that is just me...lol
Okay back to the write...it is a wonderful write for the prompt and says so much in it's brevity...

Thanks for those kind words. I am glad you liked it. As for your words "hide and seek myself" it depends on the punctuation. Is it "seek myself" a lonely game
How is the myself to be interpreted?
English is a lovely language with all the possible interpretations.

Hop Scotch?
You did well.
How nice it would be for a hot and humid day. Too cold this winter.
