I wake up in the morning
And open up my shades
And let the sun in,
And I bathe in it,
I bathe in the rays.
The sun’s rays wrap me up
In joyous ecstasy,
And I am lifted from my bed.
I feel as if I am drinking
A golden dew,
Made of the sweetest honey.
The light courses through my veins,
Mixing with the blood, water
And bone. All the hate
And anger seems to melt away.
And let the sun in,
And I bathe in it,
I bathe in the rays.
