it's about the weaver

it’s about being the weaver,
the one who darns
incomplete yarn into scraps
of humanity

someone who works
under constant cannon fire,
bobbing in and around
a boardwalk of stationary verbs
shot at dragster speed

one who can brush off
human chemical spill
& polish abrasive
down to a spit-shine

the weaver -
who spins all air
translucent

Author notes

every family has a 'peacemaker', the one who keeps trying to mend those frazzled family ties...

The one who brings clarity and balanced view is not always appreciated, but is very much needed.

    Thanks for this entry.

yes I would agree that every family has a peacemaker and in every family there is a trouble maker as well, or so I believe. Your words have spun a wonderful piece with the use of the wordbank, very impressive.
    Thank you for entering.
    Best of luck to you!

    Blessings

I like what you did with the bank. You are so talented. In my family I don't know that we have a peacemaker...lol. It seems we all make trouble even when we don't try. Trina.
