Delicate mixtures of pinks and flesh tones,
upon a pale canvas, a small brush roams.
Subtle hints of browns and gentle red hues,
to create the perfect image of you…
As my eyes capture, your every curve,
feelings take over, then I lose my nerve.
Soft lips so enticing, I can just smile,
yearning to kiss them, even for awhile.
Red locks fall nicely, over bare shoulders,
all I can dream of is just to hold her.
Cradle her within the heat of my arms,
to guard against pain & save her from harm.
As my hands finish their course, I fall deep,
into the canvas, created for me.

Excellent form!
"Cradle her within the heat of my arms,"
there was something about that line that just stayed with me. I enjoyed the creativity and form that was inspired from the picture prompt. Thank you so much for entering my contest and all the best to you
