Gothic sombre her mask,
began eating its way in.
The harrowing darkness
of death, like candy to a baby
brought her close to the edge.
Nightmares consumed
lullaby conformity.
In blood riddled dark times….
She found; love, hope and joy

Interesting, very interesting. The ending was unexpected but still good.

the ending surprised me. i think it was pretty clever
this gets better with each read and i've read it four times so far 
i'm putting this in the finalist list
