Russian ballet
magnificence beyond words
shining flawlessly
similar to the suns rays
Gleaming into jeweled eyes
of the thunderous applauds
coming from the unsuspecting audience

Watching dancers perform their art is wonderful - get that feeling from these words-amazing what good athletes can do as they dance on stage.

I'm not sure what a quickie is but see you could only use 25 words. This was pretty good. I don't really understand it though.

I like the imagery here. I guess somehow I expected something a little more profound to roll with the imagery here. It sort of left me looking for another stanza. But I do like it and I love the ballet

I'm sorry I really would have liked to add something more, but I was only allowed 25 words. Thank you for reading and commenting!
