I like you if you like me for who
Not what
I am.
I like you if you're not constantly making
fun of me
or anybody else.
I like you if looks don't matter,
it's what's on the inside
that counts.
I like you if clothes are just something
that cover your body.
They aren't the meaning of life.
I like you if the world is amazing
That we need to love and protect it
before it's too late.
I like you if you hate people
(and yes hate is a powerful word)
who bash other people
because they just need a life.
I like you if you're not all that
We're all human beings
for crying out loud.
I like you if you like me for who
Not what
I am.

These types of people are hard to find these days...

Kaytee, anybody friends with you couldn't be friends with you for stuff, nothing personal, it's just you're not throwing around money and buying people mounds of gifts. That kind of thing, except some of us might have their eye on that emma watson autograph... haha. I've fallen so behind in my commenting!!! Good poem. I like you for what you are, because your weird, well that's a label isn't it so that didn't work. I like you deal.

I'm sorry, I can't say I hate people just because they bash other people. I mean, I'm not too fond of homophobs, but I'm friends with a lot of them because they're still nice people, you know?
*coughcough* Anyway...I like you for who you are!!
Great poem.
