when there is so much at stake

How can one try to forget
the tragedy that once ovewhelmed
though now with it said and done

Can people learn to accept

that we won't repeat our mistakes
but learn and move on
How can you get close to those
who don't have an ounce of grace
spending life constantly moving
running from your mistakes
It's a fate worse than death
that keeps us unaware
of those who have chosen to love
and have the time to spare

omg tiff i honestly think this is one of your best! I LOVE IT
it was moving and it was very melodic, it flowed really great and the wording was perfect.
