Nature's In My Life

Nature is all around me,
I can see it,
smell it,
feel it,
hear it
and sense it.

Flowers blooming,
butterflies fluttering around them,
the bees roaming around,
hungrily searching for
their precious nectar

Nature has brought colour into my life,
It's something to think about,
when you're down,
and instantly,
it will bring you back up.

Hmm I've commented on this before. Enjoyable the second time around as well!
  • Nature definitely is something that has the ability to lift your spirits. I think thats why Spring is so encouraged after Winter has taken its toll. Thank you for sharing this with the group.

Nature is all around us; and we often take it for granted, not even thinking about the beauty of it and how it affects us in the long run. It certainly can bring us up if we are down in the dumps.

congratulations on the HM. Nature can certainly be wonderful medicine. Today it is so beautiful here. The sun is out, the sky is blue and I want to get out and plant flowers...but I fear I must wait till I am sure there will be no more frost. Winter is a prankster that I have seen before. My fruit trees are in bloom and I'm afraid

    Love the concept

I have one suggestion. Go deeper. Take your five senses and explore every nook and cranny. What do you see in the microcosm and the macrocosm. What scents waft through the air. Minutely, describe the cacophony, or the orchestra of sounds that greet you. Let me know what you touch and how it feels in your hand. It's a good poem, now. I'd like to see a rewrite.
