Jesus as I pray to you today
I am asking for strength to make it through the day
Please give me the faith that I need
I know that my heart is strong but for how long
Underneath this deep blue sky
I know that you are the one who will dry my teary eyes
My friends and my family are here for me

I am asking you to give me a pure heart
I know that you can give us a new start

Your spirit in me lets me hear the Angels sing
