Innocents

Young and beautiful
Still so simple, still so true
You haven’t lost your mystery
You’re still holding on to innocents
You still look to things to come
I see your eyes still sparkle
I see you still believe
Please don’t lose this thing you have
You’ll miss it when it’s gone

Your Sweet innocents
You lost a while ago
But I still see it
In your smile, the way you talk
The way you still blush
When a man smiles just right
You maybe a woman
Sexy sometimes exposed
But I still see your innocents
Hiding deep inside of you

Nicely done and wonderfully put..the young at heart carry something in them that tends to sparkle..I like the line you still blush when a mansmiles just right. Would comment further on that line..but I will blush for revealing my own thoughts. Wonderful write and joy to read.
