dear lord, please accept my prayers.
you are the only resolution and the only joy,
truly, in my life, right now.
father, thank you for being my burning amber salvation,
i say with true intensity.
you are majestic, your help invaluable.
lord you are my best friend,
you walked in when others walked out, i love ya.
thank you for your son jesus christ.
who died as bravely as a lion,
upon the cross.
let glory, be yours, kind father.
i am a snowglobe, naive, staggering;
lord you give me hope, with every tree and flower.
bless you for your church, with it's colourful stained glass.
i want you forever, i see you in others;
i hear your blessed words.
i touch your audacious, gracious heart.
my soul, is, leaping like laymen,
i pray a million prayers.
lord please sneak me barefoot into heaven.
i am a sleepy hammock,
tied to you, in bond and deed.
i am as proud as a prince.
respect is yours my lord,
i stoop in eager prayer,
i love you father, blessed be thy name.

i used the line: you are the only resolution and the only joy.
this poem was a brave step for me, as an artist i have bared my soul to the world, and for the most part feel a lot cleansed for it.
