As she walked into her dressing room ready,
She glanced into the mirror in front of her.
What she saw was a woman of needs and wants,
Knowing that her real goal in life was here.
Under the wing of her heart's inner desire,
She begins her mental prep of tonight's bout.
She stands facing herself pumping her body up,
Like a fluid motion of strength and grace.
As she closes the door to her room and mind,
She walks down the all too familiar hallway.
The entrance draws near as her adrenaline pumps,
Finding her mind already tense with anticipation.
She enters the ring by a bounce over the ropes,
Gazing her eyes over the audience that awaits.
She know her body is beautiful with muscles,
Nicely condtioned to what she must do tonight.
As she stands in her corner of the square ring,
She hears the crowd go wild with loud cheers.
Mildly hears her name announced over speakers,
Believing in herself that she has the power.
The bell has rung to begin the night's event.
Her costume glitters bright in overhead lights.
She begins her moving techniques as she faces,
An opponent that looks so strong yet so fragile.
As she takes in a deep long breath of strength,
She grabs at her adversary's broad shoulders.
The connection is met with a play for her waist,
Begins the tangle of bodies that have balance.
Round after round continues to wind her down,
But she knows that this will be the final one.
She has captured the body in a hold just right,
She awaits the count that will end this match.
As she raises her arms above her head with pain,
She knows all the victory emotions she will feel.
The woman she has wrestled looks back in defeat,
Pride broken and withered by how she had failed.
Remembering of her agony of she once had felt,
When it had been her who had given herself up.
She allows her pride to swell so enormously big,
For she has become the champion of all this night.

A good job on the concept and the elation of victory. A couple of suggestions:
Second stanza, 5th line - add an s to enter?
Third stanza, 2nd line - remove s from louds?
Last stanza, 6 line - given instead of giving?
