Oh yes, to fly freely
and cuddle with me
giggling
Author notes
Picture: Winter Angel by Sandra Kuck
Somehow, the base that children start in life is the sense of simple truths, of prey and predator in loving repose.
Yes, we do mess it up for them as they see the smears, smudges and pain we inflict on each other. But once we start our final chapters, we somehow manage to become the inner child again, ah the miracle!

I also love to read your author's notes as well as your poetry. The innocence of children is too soon lost with every new exposure of the adults with their quirks.
