I take it this is for a contest limiting the number of words used, as it stands it is like a list of things Children are at a young age, if it is indeed for such a contest, I think you could have chosen more original verse for descriptions.
An elaboration of the things listed would make this a much better poem, but alas the constraints of the contest do exactly that, constrain your Artistic talents.

Yes, it was a word limit contest. I had ten words to describe the picture. Kind of hard to get much into that few of words. Eh, it was a stretcher. Thank you for reading and taking the time to comment as both are appreciated. Hope you will try some of my longer works, they may say more.

Pure of soul, innocent...gosh those were the days, i can still remember what that felt like and yearn for the carefree innocence of the child that i was. I'm tainted now
