I'm back to where I started again,
In the end will my heart win?
My heart desperately wants him,
He says he wants me too,
What's a girl to do?
In the past he's never made up his mind,
I don't want to go back, I dont want to rewind,
All I want is for him to be mine.
Is this a contradiction?
Or a heart based addiction?
Now its over its all done,
In the end neither of us won,
I told you I was sorry,
It's obvious you didn't believe,
It's ok yup thats fine with me,
I'm tired of fighting this never ending war,
I'll just give up, let go and walk out the door,
I've loved you through the years past,
One thing Ive learned nothing ever lasts,
You were my high school lover from then to now,
but never again will my heart allow.

I know its not the best but then again this is what happens with my thoughts are twisted.
