I was unaware of the heart I stole
I do not feel I owe the toll
you were presumptuous,
and not mislead.
I didn't put those ideas in your head
so I feel no guilt for tears you shed
I do not love you.
I told you before
you were foolish to ever want more
you were so giving
I took what I could
perhaps my greed was misunderstood
I do hope you realize
I have never told you lies,
and is why I refuse to apologize.
