I know we're perfect strangers and we have never met,
but I just received a message you're feeling down and quite upset.
I know you do not know me, nor have we greeted eye to eye,
but I'll send this letter anyway if only to say "Hi"!
Many times within my life,I've come down with the blues.
My normal, happy smiling face was suddenly subdued.
I would think of all my problems and the load I had to bear.
Friends would offer solace, but I really didn't care.
It seemed my world was crumbling and falling at my feet;
My life had been in such a mess with nowhere to retreat.
I shunned away from others, to cry away my tears,
but I'd like to tell you something that I learned throughout the years.
I won't become religious, telling you to bow in prayer,
but for me, it is a solace just knowing He is there.
We will always have our 'ups and downs' all throughout our lives,
but things will go full circle,I have come to realize.
Right now, your down and with a frown, but things will change again.
Life will replace your smiling face; You'll soon be on the mend.
I sincerely hope this letter from someone that you don't know,
will help you to feel better and help your spirits grow.
Finally, in closing, something I would like to share--
In the end, you have the friends who love you and will care!
Embrace them with a smile and the smile will be returned
to reignite the happiness your depression has adjourned.

Life goes full circle!

Sounds just like me, the kind of person who will always make sure everyone is alright even if I don't know them. I just look after people, it's who I am blessing and curse.

What a fantastic write
Each stanza sends a message, and how well you have reflected this.
I do see where you are coming from totally. Yes full circles and all the swings and round abouts that we face in-between
